This community conversation is open to anyone who would like to come.  A light meal is provided.  The conversation will be lead by Dr. Sean Siebert.  Here is a brief description of what to expect:

Join us for an open and engaging "Community Conversation on Loneliness," a space designed to bring people together to discuss a shared but often unspoken experience. In our fast-paced world, loneliness is more common than ever, affecting individuals across all age groups and backgrounds. This program will create a judgment-free environment where community members can connect, share their experiences, and explore ways to foster deeper social connections.
During the conversation, we’ll discuss the causes and impacts of loneliness, especially as it relates to mental and physical well-being. By talking openly about this issue, we aim to reduce the stigma around loneliness and support those who may feel isolated. You’ll also have the chance to participate in our Conversation, learn about local resources, and gain practical tips for managing loneliness.
Whether you're looking to connect with others, gain insights, or simply be part of an essential conversation, your presence is valuable. Join us to help build a more connected, compassionate community, one conversation at a time.
