In this series, we will focus on the matriarchs of Israel (Sarah, Hagar, Rebekah, Leah, and Rachel). Through their lives, we will see how patriarchy became prevalent in the ancient near eastern world and how it leads to harm.
In this third message, we focus on Rebekah and the process of her discovery by Abraham's servant, Eliezer. We will see God works in the backstory to guide Eliezer and the divine intervention into that story. We will reflect on the importance of meditation in times of uncertainty and taking risks as we walk with God in faith.
