In this series, we will look at the various people named Mary in the gospel stories and see how Jesus elevates women in his birth, life, and death.
In this fourth and final message, we celebrate Easter by looking at Mary (called Magdalene) as she comes to the tomb on the resurrection morning. We see how this "tower" of a disciple is transformed by Jesus, ministers to Jesus, and then becomes a preacher of the gospel of Jesus. We consider how our Easter message should be proclaimed today.
