He Touched Me (pt. 2: The Phoenician Woman)

In this series, we will examine some of the women that Jesus touched and how he changed their lives. There is power in physically touching someone. We are touched by God and are his agents of touch in the world today.

In this second message, we look at the faith of a woman, who was Greek, Phoenician, and Canaanite. Yet, Jesus used her to confront and debunk the racism in his own disciples. We examine Jesus' teaching strategy and how we need to learn from his example of advocating for racial and gender equity.
