In this series, we will examine various queens who have a strong influence in the biblical narrative and our understanding of the Bible and life.
We start by going to the beginning of Exodus and examining the possiblilty of Hatshepsut, queen of Egypt, as the princess who finds Jochebed's baby floating in the Nile River and who influences Moses' understandig of culture, education, and religion. We will consider how letting go and lifting up are necessary to us learning and growing our faith.
