In this opening series of the year focused on the "words" of the Bible that help us to understand God, we will consider the persons of the Godhead. We will look at the essence and nature of God as Father, Son, and Spirit, which will help us to better understand how to relate to God and life full and meaningful lives.
In this first message, we focus on the centrality of goodness. Tov is the Hebrew word for everything that is good, beneficial, pleasing, advantageous, prosperous, right, and best for us. God is good, and good is God. Thus, we will see how following a good God enables us to live in goodness, experience the benefits of goodness, and share his goodness with others.
