In this series we will look at the various spiritual beings. We will explore more of what the Bible says about God, the divine council, angels, cherubim, Satan and demons. We will conclude the series by reflecting on how we are also spiritual beings that bear the image of God.
In this sixth message, we focus on "The Adam." We see how this term is better understood as a representative of humanity than a personal name and compare the "first Adam" to the "new Adam," Jesus. We see how the consequences of sin enter the world but we all continue to contribute to the deadly and destructive consequences of evil. Yet, in Jesus, we experience the benefits of life that come to all people through the rightness of the resurrection.
